I did this video on my way into Church Unlimited- thought you might like it.
When an off duty officer is doing security in uniform- it is indeed the public’s right to know- when he is not in uniform- then yes- the public does not have the right to know.
Besides the fact that those who contribute to the offerings- out of simple respect- He should inform us- the officer is actually working for the security frim- paid by the church.
This cop was wrong when he said I had no right to know- he represents the CCPD when in uniform- I believe his name was Swhartz.
Notice how he asked me what Fire Dept. I retired from-
He had no right to even ask- but I told him anyway.
The law allows for the filming of any officer- whether on- or off duty.
That’s the law.
