YOUTUBE PROBLEMS- [Note sent to Youtube]

Can you please look into the discrepancies between the actual full views of our YouTube videos- and the number displayed. I have been contacted by our friends who view the videos- all the way thru- that the numbers don’t match- We have followers in Russia and Ukraine who primarily see our YouTube videos- [VK- OK] and the number shown is way below the actual views. The viewers have notified me that they are watching the full Length of the videos- [multiple times from various groups and location’s] yet the view count remains the same.
